Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products / Downloads

All digital guides, courses, or downloadable content are non-refundable due to immediate access after purchase.

Services / Appointments

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will not be refunded.

  • Packages or sessions purchased in advance must be used within 6 months unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise agreed.
